Scented and crunchy

Among the youngest Piedmontese brown rice varieties.
It boasts an intense taste and scent that make it ideal au naturel, maybe with just a touch of extravirgin olive oil. Try it as a side dish for meat, in a salad with slivers of grana or pecorino and fresh tomato cubes, or again in a truly original and amazing red rice salad. The typical reddish colour comes from anthocyanins, precious natural antioxidants.
