For those born and bred in Piedmont, the red pack of Buon Riso Roma is a familiar presence.
It was the rice used by our grannies for the wintertime rice and potato soup or for the special Sunday risotto.

With the same commitment of our ancestors who, in a country trying to recover from war, decided to establish the rightly-named Centro Alimentare Buoni Prodotti, literally Good Food Products Centre.

So, next to the great classic rice varieties from Piedmont, we created a new line, FIRMA, comprising special, ethnic and gourmet varieties. Rice varieties highly original and creative.
